Job summary

Right Coast Medical is seeking a field-based Territory Sales Manager to grow our national footprint. You’ll build relationships with doctors and clinics, manage your own territory like a business, and educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions through in-home support and demonstrations.

You’ll deliver devices directly to patients, train them on proper use, and maintain ongoing service to create lasting patient impact.

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

About The Role

This is a field-based sales role focused on:

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 position with uncapped earning potential.

Typical Earnings Range From

$60,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs
• Frequent driving and local travel
• Ability to stand, bend, and move equipment as needed
• Comfortable working in both clinical and patient home environments
