Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a driven Territory Sales Manager for the South Florida region to accelerate new business in the construction sector. The role focuses on prospecting, identifying upcoming projects, and building strong relationships with contractors, estimators, project managers, and decision-makers across Miami-Dade and surrounding markets.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in construction sales or related fields, with a proven hunter mentality and knowledge of South Florida markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant construction or construction sales experience preferred.
• Background in precast concrete, civil/sitework, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, underground utilities, or related infrastructure.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and build contractor relationships.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to open new accounts and identify opportunities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new contractor and customer relationships throughout South Florida.
• Identify upcoming public and private construction projects.
• Build relationships with contractors, estimators, project managers, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.
• Generate new opportunities for the company to quote construction projects.
• Develop business within civil/sitework, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, underground utility, and infrastructure markets.
• Visit contractor offices and active construction sites throughout the territory.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market relationships.
