What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet and exceed profit objectives, volume quotas, and equipment & service targets for Away from Home Beverage
- Establish and maintain relationships with key operators within the distribution and non-commercial channel
- Maximize profitable beverage sales opportunities through effective marketing promotions and distributor partnerships
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales volume and operating profit objectives
- Manage customer pipeline and ensure profitable growth through sound business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of B2B or B2C food sales experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Must be able to travel when necessary (averages 4 overnights per month)
- Clean driving record and residence within 60 miles of Richmond, VA
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Foodservice Distributors
- Strong team player with collaborative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) tool (e.g., Salesforce)
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
