Job summary

ZimVie in the United States is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead growth within your assigned geographic area. You will build relationships with dental professionals, assess needs, and present tailored solutions from ZimVie’s implant, restorative, digital, and biomaterial lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of proven sales success, ideally with overachievement.
• B2B or healthcare sales experience preferred (not required).
• Formal sales training (PSS, Challenger, etc.) is a plus.
• A high level of initiative, professionalism, and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Educate clinicians and dental teams on ZimVie products and their proper use.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians, labs, and office personnel.
• Create and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Coordinate and lead local programs, events, and trainings to drive demand and build brand loyalty.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage your territory and maximize opportunities.
• Represent ZimVie at regional and national trade shows and education events.
• Follow all company policies, compliance regulations, and safety standards.

About The Role

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM), you’ll own and grow your assigned territory by building meaningful relationships with dental professionals, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions from ZimVie’s implant, restorative, digital, and biomaterial product lines.
