Job summary

ZimVie in California is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our dental implant, restorative, digital, and biomaterial lines in assigned markets. This field-based role rewards proactive, consultative sales professionals who can build strong clinician relationships and drive territory expansion.

You will travel up to 95% within the territory, conduct program events, educate teams, and manage the territory with Salesforce CRM while aligning with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred.
• 2–3+ years of proven sales success, ideally with overachievement.
• B2B or healthcare sales experience preferred (not required).
• Formal sales training (PSS, Challenger, etc.) is a plus.
• A high level of initiative, professionalism, and customer‑first mindset.
• Will consider commensurate education and experience.

About The Role

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM), you’ll own and grow your assigned territory by building meaningful relationships with dental professionals, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions from ZimVie’s implant, restorative, digital, and biomaterial product lines.

This field‑based role is ideal for high‑energy, consultative sales professionals who thrive on hitting — and exceeding — goals.

What You Bring

Travel

• Up to 95% travel, primarily within the territory (mostly by car)
• Overnight or air travel may be required depending on territory needs (0–20%)
