Hiring for a Territory (district/area) Sales Manager for a great physical security company based in the Midwest. This role covers Eastern Minnesota/Western Wisconsin and must be comfortable traveling between offices in the territory.

• Prior leadership/management responsibility
• Experience managing a sales quota for an assigned territory
• A strong ability to train and mentor sales reps
• Willingness to travel between offices and to sites most days
• Valid driver’s license

Strongly Preferred:

• Physical security systems sales experience (alarm, fire, access control, etc.)
