Territory Sales Leads for Northern, North West, South East, South Central territories of the USA - Remote

Join to apply for the Territory Sales Leads for Northern, North West, South East, South Central territories of the USA - Remote role at Quality Drills.

At Quality Drills, we are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for supporting American farmers in the heavy agricultural equipment industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and exceeding targets in multi-state territories of our regions within the USA. Your ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to meet client needs will be crucial as you consult on maintenance and equipment upgrade plans, generate leads, and close sales both in the field and at industry events. Participation in farm shows and trade events will create valuable business opportunities and contribute to our growth. While prior knowledge of agricultural equipment is a plus, it is not required as we offer comprehensive training. We are looking for candidates with unwavering integrity, honesty, confidence, and a strong drive to succeed. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt as technology and industry standards evolve, as well as the capacity to engage and adapt to clients across diverse demographics and cultures.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills, expertise in consultative selling and solution-based sales techniques, and proficiency in lead generation and pipeline management are also important qualities we are looking for in a candidate.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage directly with farmers and equipment vendors across your assigned multi-state region.
  2. Achieve defined consultative milestones and become an expert in our products and solutions.
  3. Prioritize customer needs by providing tailored consultations on maintenance and equipment upgrade plans.
  4. Generate leads and close sales both in the field and at multiple annual trade shows.
  5. Conduct a minimum of five meetings and five consultations with potential customers weekly.
  6. Develop and maintain a robust customer pipeline.
  7. Attend farm shows and trade events to identify business opportunities and drive sales.
  8. Complete an intensive two-tiered training program, including sessions with our CEO and COO and hands-on experience with our technicians.
  9. Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving and surpassing targeted goals in a competitive setting.
  10. Travel extensively to client sites (travel expenses covered).
Skills
  1. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt as technology and industry standards evolve.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Basic computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Compensation Package Information

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 to $300,000.00+ (base salary + commission based on performance)
