Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce to generate leads and expand network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Attend calls with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report to manager.
• Record daily sales activity and performance.
