Job summary

Motive Workforce in Laredo, TX is seeking a Sales Customer Service Representative to drive sales of our products and services within the designated territory. You will build strong client relationships, assist customers with selections, provide product demonstrations, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders.

The role requires 2-3 years of sales experience, a driver’s license, and a background in business or related field.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in material handling or supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Clean and current driver’s license in the applying state.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales strategies for designated customers/area.
• Assists customers with product selection based on needs and regulations.
• Follows up on leads via telephone calls and/or visits to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations.
• Emphasizes product features based on analyses of customer needs and educates customer and sales team on product capabilities and limitations.
• Completes job walks and provides quotations/bids.
• Coordinates efforts with Parts, Service, Sales, Accounting to process orders and schedule deliveries.
• Responds to customer inquiries and provides courteous service on product lines, prices, delivery times, warranty periods, and credit terms.
• Maintains accurate and current customer profiles.
• Provides briefings and reports on sales activities to management.
