Job summary

Pieros Construction Co., a Tecta America company, is seeking a Sales Representative to manage all sales activities within the Somerville territory, driving revenue and strengthening customer relationships. This role forecasts business, solicits and secures work from new and existing customers, provides ongoing support, and reports on territory performance.

You will visit facilities, evaluate roofing needs, prepare quotes, maintain CRM data, and coordinate with estimating for pricing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of roofing sales experience.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and sales process.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned sales territory and build strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Visit customer facilities to evaluate roofing needs and develop maintenance solutions.
• Perform rooftop inspections to identify service needs and pricing opportunities.
• Document inspections with photos and notes for pricing.
• Prepare clear quotes and present the scope of work to customers.
• Maintain customer and facility data in the CRM.
• Track sales activity and territory performance.
• Assist with collections and resolve payment issues.
• Support reporting of won/lost business and territory metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
