Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Territory Representative for Springfield, MA. You will drive sales of Animal Health products with veterinary clinics, shelters, and corporate accounts while building strategic plans to grow the territory.

You will partner with national and corporate account teams, analyze monthly results, and coordinate education programs. Occasional travel overnight and some weekends are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years sales experience with high school diploma.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication/presentation skills.
• Travel overnight and some weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify veterinary clinics, shelters, and corporate accounts in the territory.

Senior Territory Representative (Springfield, MA)

Essential Accountabilities

• Work assigned territory to identify veterinary clinic, shelter facility, and corporate account needs; sell Animal Health (AH) Companion Animal portfolio and support customer pull-through activities.
• Build customer strategies; develop territory and key account plans to drive sales growth and account occupancy.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers; meet decision makers to identify business opportunities.
• Partner with National Account Managers, Corporate Account Team, and Distribution Field Partners; collaborate across species teams.
• Analyze monthly sales results; manage expenses within budget.
• Select programs/services to provide customer education and training; work with leadership and Field Professional Services to deliver offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of AH products, industry trends, and competitors; communicate trends internally.
• Develop and meet learning and development objectives with leadership.

Required Education

• High school diploma + 10+ years sales experience OR Bachelor's degree + 5+ years sales experience.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal/communication/presentation skills; results-driven.
• Ability to collaborate and adapt processes to customer needs.
• Independently understand evolving customer needs; manage multiple accounts through sales process.

Preferred Skills/Abilities

• Animal health industry or sales experience; knowledge of animal health biological/pharmaceuticals; distribution experience.
• Multilingual fluency, especially Spanish.

Benefits/Pay (as stated)

• Salary range: $96,200.00-$151,400.00; eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable).
