Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a motivated external sales support professional to help acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors. You will manage a territory, conduct consultative calls, and collaborate with internal teams to execute sales plans and deliver solutions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of general experience, a finance-focused education, and solid knowledge of financial markets. A hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance or equivalent.
• Series 7 preferred.
• SIE certification considered a plus.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages territory to attain sales and revenue goals.
• Conducts consultative sales calls by phone with Financial Advisors.
• Develops and executes sales plans with external & internal Sales teams.
• Articulates investment solution strategies and discusses markets.
