Raymond James is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to broaden client relationships and pursue new opportunities from our Pittsburgh offices. You will proactively contact financial advisors, support securities-based loan products, and bridge external partners with corporate resources to hit sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in financial services, strong communication, CRM experience, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 1–3 years financial services or sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external sales partner to expand relationships with financial advisors.
• Coordinate meetings and assist with loan applications and onboarding.
• Schedule key territory meetings and manage follow-ups and sales kits.
• Present TriState products to advisors and support drip marketing in the region.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings to support one-on-one and joint meetings.
