Raymond James is seeking a regional wholesaling professional to build and maintain advisor relationships and drive asset growth across a defined territory.

The role educates advisors on product benefits, develops territory business plans, and delivers presentations at meetings and events while tracking activity and outcomes. Travel up to 75% with remote work options support the client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field with minimum 2 years in financial services.
• SIE license required; FINRA Series 7 ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors to generate assets in a territory.
• Educate advisors on product benefits through meetings, branch visits, and events.
• Develop and implement wholesaling plans to meet sales goals.
• Present sales activities at weekly wholesaling meetings.
• Maintain logs and broker profiles; track current and proposed activity.
• Work with internal wholesalers to achieve goals using referrals and campaigns.
