Job summary

Empire Solutions in the United States is seeking a Refractory Sales & Estimating Representative to develop new business, maintain customer relationships, and sell refractory installation, maintenance, repair, and related industrial services within your territory.

The ideal candidate has significant refractory industry experience and will work with estimating, operations, and field personnel to ensure projects are accurately scoped, priced, and executed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the refractory industry is strongly preferred and will be given substantial consideration.
• Knowledge of refractory installation, maintenance, and related industrial services is required.
• Experience in sales, estimating, project management, or field supervision within refractory services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new customers and business opportunities in industries using refractory products.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare estimates and proposals, and present them to customers.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and field personnel to scope, price, and schedule projects.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and site visits.
