Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Proficient in patient identification and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections (venipuncture and capillary draws) with high accuracy.
• Obtain patient identification and verify labeling accuracy; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, label, centrifuge, split, and store as required.
• Verify orders and communicate procedures clearly to patients and staff.
