Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including difficult draws with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification, label specimens, and perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test orders.
• Communicate procedures clearly and maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment.
• Travel within territory to PSCs/IOPs and assist with on-site staff as needed.
