Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Phlebotomist III for Charlotte, NC. This full-time role covers territory-based blood collection across PSCs and client offices, with hours varying between early morning and evenings and rotational weekends.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen labeling, data entry, and delivering compassionate patient service in a high-volume setting. Travel up to 75% and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following established procedures.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures to confirm specimen labeling accuracy; perform data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and storage as required by test order.
• Provide exemplary professional, respectful patient service and maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment.
• Travel within an assigned territory to PSCs/IOPs and support office operations as needed.
