Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75% of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws, handling difficult cases with care.
• Obtain patient identification, sign labels, and perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test orders.
• Provide professional patient and client communication and maintain a clean collection environment.
