Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Lexington, KY seeks a Phlebotomist II to provide professional phlebotomy services across PSCs and client offices, Monday to Friday. Travel within an assigned territory is required, with hours ranging from early morning to evening to support patient flow.

The position requires at least two years of phlebotomy experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and phlebotomy certification (where required).

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75%.
• Phlebotomy accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Verify patient IDs and enter data accurately.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per orders.
• Research test/client information and confirm orders using lab systems.
• Provide courteous patient/service interactions and resolve routine concerns.
• Travel across PSCs and Client Offices within the territory.
• Maintain compliance with safety and privacy policies and document logs.
