Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Abilene, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team. The role covers travel to Patient Service Centers, Client Offices, and other sites, with a focus on accurate collections and patient identification.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, data entry, and adherence to testing protocols. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a pay range starting at $21.50 per hour and potential for annual bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures for accurate labeling; perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling and storage as required by test order.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and directory of services.
• Provide professional, efficient service to patients and clients; address questions and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Travel within the territory to PSCs, Client Offices, or other sites; ensure timely office operations.
