Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II for territory work in Elyria, OH, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role involves travel within the assigned territory to collect specimens, ensuring patient identification and proper labeling to support high-quality lab results.

Responsibilities include executing venipuncture and capillary draws, accurate data entry, and providing professional patient and client service.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver phlebotomy services at PSCs, IOPs, or client sites.
• Perform specimen collection (venipuncture/capillary draws) with accuracy and proper patient identification.
• Provide professional patient and client service, resolve routine concerns, and maintain accurate data entry for registrations and test orders.
• Assist with site coverage across PSCs and client offices within the territory and ensure timely, compliant operations.
• Follow policies, safety protocols, and protect patient confidentiality; maintain logs and supply stocking.
