Job summary

Northwest Exterminating in Atlanta is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive new business across the Metro Atlanta area. You will hunt for opportunities, build relationships with local businesses, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

This 100% new business role includes a company-provided truck, competitive pay, and a robust training program. Success requires self-motivation, persistence, and a passion for serving communities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• B2B experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for Northwest Exterminating via cold calling, networking, and client outreach within assigned territories.
• Target and acquire new B2B pest, termite, and wildlife service opportunities.
• Ensure completion of documentation to align with Northwest standards.
• Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend Northwest continuing education programs to enhance daily performance.
• Maintain a Safety-First mindset when operating company equipment and vehicle.
