Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and provide data for maintenance planning.
• Recommend parts, rebuild options, and performance improvements.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service, and Equipment Management teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Grow parts and service sales within the territory.
