Job summary

Lincare, America's leading provider of respiratory and durable medical equipment, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow its local market. You will generate leads, build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and hit monthly sales targets in your territory.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are willing to travel within the assigned area, and bring a customer-focused, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Willingness and ability to travel within the local territory.
• Sales experience and/or DME industry preferred, but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and foster relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence in the designated territory.
• Conduct educational in-services with referral sources to promote product categories.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to referral sources.
