Job summary

Honey Bucket is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build and own a Denver-area territory, selling directly to contractors and site managers. You will drive revenue by closing new accounts and upselling services, with a company truck provided and uncapped commission.

Ideal candidates are competitive and self-motivated, able to manage field work, and comfortable with a physical, outdoor role. English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Role blends sales and production; weekly mix varies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Clean driving record; able to pass DOT physical; lift 75+ lbs; outdoor work.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, GPS apps).
• Must be able to work independently in the field.
• Must be able to speak/understand English to follow traffic laws.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your territory by prospecting and closing new accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with contractors, site managers, and project leaders.
• Increase revenue within existing accounts through upselling and service excellence.
• Provide hands-on support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and a results-driven mindset.
