IsoTalent is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Danbury, CT area to grow an independent eyewear brand on the road. You'll visit optical practices, prospect new accounts, and convert conversations into long-term partnerships, earning pay linked to your effort.

This field-first role emphasizes hands-on demos, in-person presentations, and strategic territory planning. Expect 6–8 practice visits per day, strong relationship development with optometrists and staff, and a compensation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• B2B territory sales or optical/eyewear/medical device experience preferred.
• Proven prospecting, presentation, follow-up, and closing abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to cover the Danbury territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the Danbury territory by introducing the brand to independent eyecare practices.
• Prospect new optical accounts with independent optometrists, opticians, and practice owners.
• Re-engage inactive or underdeveloped accounts to rebuild territory momentum.
• Build relationships with optical staff, office managers, buyers, and decision-makers.
• Secure prime, eye-level board space and keep displays fresh and commercially effective.
• Run product presentations, lunch & learns, trunk shows, and staff education sessions.
• Help practices confidently present and recommend the collection to patients.
• Drive automatic and manual reorders through consistent follow-up.
• Planning efficient field routes and maintaining organized account notes.
• Tracking results and adjusting your territory plan based on performance.
