Job summary

Mexilinkorporated is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to manage displays, inventory, pricing, and restocking across assigned retail locations in Charlotte, NC. You will influence store-level decisions to boost brand presence and ensure timely execution of promotions.

The role requires basic retail merchandising knowledge, English/Spanish fluency, and a valid driver’s license. Expect travel within the region and a competitive base salary with incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Basic knowledge of retail merchandising.
• English and Spanish fluency required.
• A valid driver's license and motor vehicle is required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; ability to compile data or reports.
• Knowledge of Grocer Supply and/or Distributor software a plus.
• Strong communication with ethic and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, store, price, and restock product displays.
• Travel to stores within the assigned region with dependable transportation.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support brand presence.
• Ensure brand programs and promotions are executed on time.
• Maintain inventory; ensure shelves are stocked and properly signed.
• Prepare in-store paperwork and report performance via StoreCheck app.
• Audit retail stores to resolve issues at store level.
