Job summary

Mexilink Incorporated is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to ensure optimal product presentation and availability across assigned retail locations. You will build strong relationships with store personnel, execute promotional programs, and maintain accurate planograms and reporting.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between stores within the region. A high school diploma or GED with related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of retail merchandising within the CPG industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Present products with optimal display and ensure availability across stores.
• Build relationships with store personnel and execute promotions.
• Maintain shelves, signs, and planograms to company standards.
• Record data in Go Sharp or equivalent tools and report issues promptly.
• Drive to multiple stores within a geographic region as assigned.
