Mexilink Incorporated seeks a Merchandising Specialist to optimize product presentation and ensure consistent distribution across assigned retailers. You will partner with store personnel to create compelling displays, maintain stock levels, and uphold brand standards while supporting promotional activities.

In this role, you will visit multiple stores within the Houston region, perform regular audits, update Go Sharp data, and collaborate with the Director of Regional Sales on special projects.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of retail merchandising within CPG industry.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure presentation, availability, and supply of products across stores.
• Build relationships with store personnel and create impactful displays.
• Audit stores and ensure planogram execution and POS materials are correct.
• Maintain inventory, pricing, MKP, and OOS data in Go Sharp.
• Support brand programs, promotions, and space opportunities.
• Deliver timely reporting and coordinate with regional sales leadership.
