Job summary

Beta Bionics is seeking a Territory Business Manager in Dayton, OH to promote our iLet Bionic Pancreas and related services. You will manage the sales process in endocrinology, internal medicine, and select primary care offices, partnering with Clinical Diabetes Specialists and Inside Sales to hit aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years prior sales experience in medical device/tech and/or biopharma.
• Diabetes sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales goals and exceed targets.
• Lead business planning, targeting and analytics via Salesforce.com.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Demonstrate product expertise and conduct product demonstrations.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers at all levels.
• Collaborate with Clinical Diabetes Specialists and Inside Sales Specialists.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Market Access, Marketing, Customer Care).
• Maintain knowledge of diabetes disease state, competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Problem solve in a fast-paced startup environment.
