Role Purpose

As a Territory Manager for the Health Insight team here at Genomics, you'll be on the front lines of a transformative approach to preventive care. This is a hunter-focused, field-based sales role where you’ll introduce our cutting-edge clinical genomic testing to primary care and concierge medicine clinics. Your mission? Build new relationships, educate providers, and accelerate adoption of our solution to ultimately improve patient outcomes. A Day in the Life
  • You’ll identify and engage new clinics across your territory, including private concierge practices, specialty clinics, or large healthcare groups.
  • You’ll meet with physicians, clinical staff, and decision-makers, introducing them to our solution and tailoring your message to their needs.
  • Using deep product knowledge and insight into clinical workflows, you’ll deliver presentations and guide early sales conversations professionally and clearly.
  • You’ll navigate short sales cycles, support onboarding, and ensure a smooth client experience from first contact to full integration.
  • You’ll attend regional medical events, provider meetings, and conferences to increase visibility and generate leads.
  • You’ll use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track activities, manage your pipeline, and forecast performance, maintaining a data-driven approach.
Who You Are
  • You have a strong track record in field sales, especially in diagnostics, clinical lab testing, health screening, or healthcare services.
  • You have successfully sold into primary care, concierge clinics, and specialty clinics, understanding complex provider decision-making processes.
  • You thrive in a hunter role, love building relationships from scratch, and are skilled at opening doors and closing deals.
  • You understand diagnostics' clinical and operational aspects, from patient engagement to reimbursement models, and can converse confidently across clinical and business topics.
  • You are an independent operator, take ownership, execute with urgency, and bring energy and insight to a growth-stage environment.
  • You are proficient with CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics to monitor performance and activities.
  • You are excited about using genomics to transform healthcare and are willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
