Territory Manager - US Market - Neurovascular - Software Medical Device

Sim&Cure is a France-based digital start-up focused on improving neurovascular treatment of cerebral aneurysms. It has developed a patient-based suite of products in partnership with Medical Device Companies. The core product, Sim&Size, offers interactive modules for clinicians to computationally model neurovascular implantable medical devices (IMDs), facilitating pre-deployment planning for intracranial aneurysms. This technology provides physicians with enhanced information to improve patient outcomes.

Mission

The role involves deploying Sim&Cure products and solutions effectively in the US market, primarily in the MidAtlantic region (up to 75% travel). The position requires strategic account management, clinical support, and collaboration with healthcare professionals and internal teams to drive product adoption and business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to grow revenue and customer base.
  • Manage end-to-end commercial relationships, including proposals, negotiations, and after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and market trends.
  • Lead product installations and technical support in clinical settings.
  • Provide training and support to healthcare professionals for product adoption.
Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of medical device or health tech sales experience, with knowledge of neurovascular or related fields.
  • Experience in account management, tenders, and contract negotiations.
  • Hands-on experience with clinical product deployment, troubleshooting, and working with hospital IT.
  • Educational background in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business, or similar; clinical certifications are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical demonstration skills.
