Job description

Sim&Cure is a France-based digital start-up focused on improving neurovascular treatment of cerebral aneurysms. The company has developed a patient-based suite of products through partnerships with Medical Device Companies. One such product, Sim&Size, offers interactive modules for clinicians to model neurovascular implantable medical devices (IMDs), aiding pre-deployment activities for intracranial aneurysm treatment. Computational modeling provides physicians with enhanced information to improve patient outcomes.

Summary

The Territory Manager role combines strategic account management and clinical support expertise. Reporting to the Director Product Life Americas, this role ensures the effective deployment of Sim&Cure products and solutions, driving business growth in the assigned area. The manager will collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, medical device reps, and internal teams to promote product adoption, foster customer relationships, and enhance patient care.

Understanding that successful selling involves listening as well as talking, the manager will aim to fully understand and meet customer needs.

Compensation includes an attractive base salary, On Target Earnings, and benefits. The position offers opportunities for growth within a scaling business. A travel commitment of at least 75% is required.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Business Planning and Commercial Management:
    • Develop and execute a territory plan to grow revenue and customer base
    • Manage commercial relationships, including proposals, negotiations, tenders, invoicing, and after-sales support
    • Build trust with physicians and stakeholders to modernize procedures
    • Monitor and report on performance, customer success KPIs, and market trends
  2. Product Deployment & Technical Support:
    • Lead installation and configuration of products in clinical settings
    • Guide healthcare professionals through technical aspects for seamless integration
    • Provide on-site and remote support for technical issues
    • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software/connectivity issues
  3. Product Adoption, Clinical Expertise & Training:
    • Assess customer needs and tailor solutions for product adoption
    • Deliver hands-on training, workshops, and educational events in collaboration with marketing and education teams
Profile

Core Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Medical Device or Health Tech Sales/Commercial roles, with experience in interventional neuroradiology, neurosurgery, or endovascular specialties
  • Account management and territory planning experience
  • Experience with RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations

Technical & Clinical Exposure:

  • Hands-on experience with product deployment in clinical environments
  • Support for installations, troubleshooting, and working with hospital IT teams
  • Understanding of clinical workflows, especially in angiography suites or cath labs

Industry & Partnership Experience:

  • Experience managing B2B relationships with medtech manufacturers or distributors
  • Experience coordinating training, events, and educational programs

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business, or similar
  • Previous RN, RT, or Clinical Specialist background considered
  • Bonus: MBA or neurovascular/radiology certifications

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic planning and data-driven decision making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfort with technical demonstrations and training
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, proposal writing, and performance reporting
