Shockwave Medical, Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Territory Manager in the Asheville, North Carolina/East Tennessee area. The position is fully remote and you must be located in the territory. This position does not provide relocation.

Position Overview

Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems strategy. Applies practical knowledge of the Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems field to administer best in class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
  • Meet with physicians and hospital personnel to understand customer needs, goals, and case types.
  • Educate customers on products and clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Attend procedures in hospital operating rooms to advise on product usage and gather insights.
  • Achieve sales and revenue objectives for the territory.
  • Partner with Clinical, Marketing, R&D, and other units to identify and present selling opportunities.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls with Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and clinical speaking ability.
  • Complete timely reports including sales summaries, expense reports, and account targeting reports.
  • Maintain ethical standards and comply with all regulations and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ territory management experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred) or 3 years’ cardiovascular/interventional sales support.
  • Successful sales experience in catheter technology, vascular disease, or related areas preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong time management and resource management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Physical ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs and work in various environments.
Additional Information
  • Base salary range: $120,000 plus variable.
  • Eligible for sales incentive program and car allowance.
