Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey seeks a sales leader to coach field reps, accelerate onboarding, and drive sustained revenue growth. You will split time between field coaching and strategic pipeline management, ensuring new hires ramp quickly and deals progress through Salesforce with rigor.

You will guide a high-performing team, remove obstacles, and push for results that exceed company targets, while leveraging deep knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and maintaining a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience with top-decile performance in closing deals.
• 2+ years of management or team-lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of the New Jersey healthcare landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ride-Alongs & Coaching: spend 3 days per week in the field observing reps and modeling messaging with Case Managers, PCPs, Therapists, etc.
• Pipeline Inspection: run weekly 1:1s focusing on qualified leads and progression in Salesforce.
• Onboarding Acceleration: own ramp time for new hires and ensure certification and productivity in the first 30 days.
• Block & Tackle: remove obstacles for the team, including operational or marketing blockers.
• Exceeding Targets: ensure the team meets and exceeds company expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ride-Alongs & Coaching: Spend 3 days per week in the field with your reps. Observe their pitches, correct their clinical messaging and model how to properly work and partner with Case Managers, PCPs, Therapists, etc.
• Pipeline Inspection: Run weekly 1:1s that are rigorous and deal-focused. You inspect every Lead in Salesforce to ensure it is qualified & advancing.
• Onboarding Acceleration: You own the "Time to Ramp" for new hires in your market. You ensure they are certified on the pitch and productive within their first 30 days.
• Block & Tackle: You remove obstacles for your team. Whether it’s a stuck Lead, a difficult operational issue or a marketing need. You clear the path so they can sell.
• Exceeding Targets: Ensuring the team are not only meeting but exceeding company level expectations.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in New Jersey or Eastern Pennsylvania area
• 5+ Years Sales Experience: You have been a top 10% individual contributor in a closing role.
• 2+ Years Management/Team Lead Experience: You get more satisfaction from seeing your team win than winning yourself.
• Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape is a massive plus.
