Position: Specialty Territory Manager

The Specialty Territory Manager is responsible for selling our products within a designated region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating effective sales skills and resource allocation to drive results
  • Developing and leveraging customer relationships
  • Understanding business analytics and utilizing data for account targeting
  • Building account and territory plans
  • Managing territory by analyzing data to identify high-prescribing healthcare professionals
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and call expectations
  • Maintaining market and industry knowledge
  • Utilizing clinical and disease state knowledge to impact patient and provider outcomes
  • Completing administrative tasks promptly
  • Participating in training, meetings, and conferences
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Preferred: 2+ years of GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience with a successful track record
  • Residency near the assigned geography
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed
  • Strong business, teamwork, communication, and tenacity skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $125,000, influenced by experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, disability insurance, life insurance, holidays, and more.
