Join to apply for the Territory Manager - NYC Metro role at Emery Jensen Distribution.

We are seeking top talent in the Greater NYC Metro area, including Upper Manhattan, NY, Bronx, NY, Jersey City, NJ, and Ridgefield, NJ. Emery Jensen Distribution, a subsidiary of Ace Hardware Corporation, specializes in selling and distributing hard-line products to independent Pro/Lumber, Paint, Hardware, and E-retailer segments. We are looking for a Territory Manager responsible for growing profitable sales within this region.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase the customer base and sales volume.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
  3. Manage weekly customer visits and sales calls to meet targets.
  4. Communicate effectively with leadership and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
  5. Attend industry trade shows and events as needed.
Qualifications
  • Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hardware or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
  • Residence in or near the Greater NYC Metro area preferred.
Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, plus incentives.
