Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Territory Manager to represent the company in the field, grow and support a network of independent retail agents, and drive revenue through activation and transaction targets.
The role requires 2–3 years in outside sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and bilingual English/Spanish. Travel within the territory and occasional weekend events are expected as part of community engagement.

As Territory Manager, you’ll be the face of Ria in your region — building, growing, and nurturing a network of independent retail agents. Your primary mission is to expand our presence by identifying, onboarding, and supporting agents who offer Ria money transfer services. You’ll drive revenue growth and help local businesses thrive, all while building lasting relationships and making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people in that community.
The annual salary for this position starts at $50,000, and the actual starting salary may vary depending on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
