Job summary

You will regularly visit stores, analyze performance, implement corrective actions, and develop future leaders, while maintaining strong store operations, compliance, and teamwork across the territory.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of retail or convenience store management, multi-unit.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Store Managers across territory.
• Drive sales, gross profit, and profitability with KPIs.
• Visit stores, assess service, cleanliness, stock, and promotions.
• Develop succession planning and retain high performers.
• Monitor staffing, coverage, and workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives.
