Job summary

Duncan Oil Company is seeking a Territory Manager to lead 5 RoadDog Convenience locations within a 50 mile radius of Dayton, OH. You will coach Store Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure consistent execution of RoadDog programs and standards.

You will regularly visit stores, analyze performance, address issues, and develop corrective action plans to achieve measurable improvements while maintaining high customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years retail or convenience store management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Store Managers across 5 locations within 50 miles of Dayton, OH.
• Drive sales, gross profit and profitability with performance metrics and corrective plans.
• Conduct store visits to evaluate service, merchandising, staffing and compliance.
• Develop succession plans and recruit/onboard Store Managers.
• Provide regular performance feedback and manage staffing to ensure coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotions and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
