We are looking for a Territory Manager for our Kitchens. Inspired. Division. Kitchens. Inspired. is the builder, premium and commercial division of Big Sandy Superstore. Using the backbone of Big Sandy Superstore, Kitchens. Inspired. is now the ultimate home furnishings destination for clients of builders, remodelers and designers. With over 200 years of combined experience, our well-educated sales professionals ensure every client receives the kitchen of their dreams.

A Kitchens. Inspired. Territory Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the relationship with Big Sandy Superstore and any builder clients they have been assigned to.

Position Requirements:

Must have at least one year of outside sales experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating leads both inside and outside the store
  • Attending networking functions
  • Assisting local customers with issues
  • Developing other KI and hybrid salespeople
  • Organizing contract signings of awarded bids
  • Invoice management and order assistance
  • Maintaining relationships with delivery resources
  • Billing, AR management, and CRM updates for the billing team
  • Conducting at least 2 meetings per month with the Director of Kitchens. Inspired.
  • Floor coverage for walk-in sales
  • Managing customer issues for the store and assigned clients
  • Completing over 150 pipeline tasks monthly
  • Achieving minimum personal sales of $125K per month
  • Assisting with training tasks and developing training protocols
