Job summary

Medtronic's Neuromodulation Pain Interventions team is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive sales across a regional territory. This field-based role is remote in nature but requires residing within the territory and regular travel to implanting centers, clinics, and accounts.

A valid driver's license is essential for this role. You will partner with physicians, surgeons, and health systems to grow business, provide product and therapy support, develop strategic plans, and coordinate with

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences
• Experience calling on physicians and familiarity with reimbursement environments is preferred
• Ability to develop strategic plans and manage a territory with limited supervision

Responsibilities

• Sells implantable devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other appropriate medical staff
• Partners with strategic implanting centers to develop the account/implanter practice
• Provides product and therapy technical support and service
• Analyzes sales trends and coordinates with Neuro business partners for territory development and growth
• Manages relationships with distribution partners and drives account growth
• Prepares and submits call reports and attends sales meetings and trainings
• Adheres to quality policies and maintains ethical sales practices
• Aids in creating and implementing an annual business plan with quarterly updates
