Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative I, Interventional Therapies to promote and sell Interventional products across a regional territory. This remote role requires residency in the territory and frequent travel to accounts; a valid driver’s license is essential.

You will build relationships with physicians, identify needs, organize meetings with key opinion leaders, and communicate market feedback to R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include: High School Diploma + 8+ years of experience, OR Associate’s Degree + 6+ years, OR Bachelor’s Degree + 4+ years.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic's Interventional products within an assigned geographic area and/or specific accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with physicians and other stakeholders.
• Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits of Interventional products.
• Organize meetings with physicians and key opinion leaders to raise awareness of Medtronic solutions.
• Promote and educate customers about the company’s products and services.
• Conduct market research on customers and competitors to inform strategy.
• Develop and implement market development plans/strategies and adapt as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback to R&D, Operations and Marketing.
