Job Description

InterMetro Industries is seeking a Territory Manager to join our Healthcare Sales Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual in a leading industry company. The Territory Sales Manager will promote and sell Metro brand solutions, including shelving, carts, and storage/transport products within the healthcare market. Responsibilities include promoting clinical products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers by establishing and maintaining relationships.

The primary territory covers the greater North Florida, Southeast Georgia, and Southern Alabama regions. The preferred candidate will reside in or near Jacksonville or Tallahassee, FL.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Selling Metro products in healthcare settings.
  2. Developing business plans to increase revenues and market share within the territory.
  3. Providing industry-leading storage and transportation solutions.
  4. Building relationships with healthcare decision-makers at facility and corporate levels.
  5. Continuously learning about market trends, products, and branding.
  6. Managing the sales process and maintaining knowledge of marketing programs.
  7. Networking to access new accounts.
  8. Submitting weekly sales forecasts and updating in our systems.
  9. Participating in product demonstrations and proposals.
  10. Maintaining relationships with distribution partners.
  11. Understanding and adhering to the company's Code of Business Ethics.
  12. Assisting in budget planning and management.
  13. Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience required.
