Description

InterMetro Industries is seeking a Territory Manager for the Healthcare division within our Sales Department.

This role is responsible for promoting and selling Metro brand solutions, including shelving, carts, and storage/transport products within the healthcare market. The responsibilities include promoting and selling clinical products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers by establishing contacts and developing and maintaining relationships.

The territory for this opportunity is central Texas (Austin/San Antonio). The preferred candidate will reside within this area.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Sells Metro products in healthcare settings.
  2. Maintains and increases revenues and market share by developing effective business plans to penetrate accounts and drive growth.
  3. Provides industry-leading solutions for storage and transportation needs.
  4. Builds relationships with healthcare decision-makers at facility and headquarters levels.
  5. Continues learning about the market, products, and brand positioning.
  6. Manages the sales process, presents products, and maintains marketing knowledge.
  7. Uses networking skills to access new accounts.
  8. Submits weekly forecast updates and maintains records in Sales management systems (e.g., QuickBase).
  9. Participates in product demonstrations, quoting, and proposals.
  10. Maintains and grows relationships with distribution partners.
  11. Understands and adheres to the company's Code of Business Ethics and reports violations.
  12. Assists in planning and managing departmental budgets.
  13. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience required.
