Job Description

Job Family Definition: Serves as the overall account lead for large named accounts, understanding client challenges and driving value while maximizing revenue. Focuses on growing the business through complex solutions and new opportunities, often managing accounts remotely with support from presales and inside sales teams.

Management Level: Recognized authority on relevant technologies and techniques, leading large teams or projects, and contributing to strategic development. Provides mentorship and exercises independent judgment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop account plans and sales pipelines to increase market share.
  • Focus on large deals, value management, and a range of company products and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key executives and apply consultative selling techniques.
  • Maintain high customer loyalty and negotiate solutions.
  • Manage business plans, analyze industry trends, and coordinate account activities.
  • Achieve sales quotas and monitor sales activities.
  • Identify customer requirements and match with company capabilities.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in commercial account management.
  • Expertise in product specialties like computers, printers, servers, storage.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Motivate partners, build relationships, negotiate effectively, and manage complex sales processes.
  • Strong industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and ability to prioritize sales activities.
Additional Skills

Includes accountability, active listening, coaching, creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, financial acumen, and industry knowledge.

What We Offer
