You will promote TotalCare services, identify new opportunities, and coordinate participation in events to raise awareness. A data-driven mindset and strong communication skills will help you meet growth targets while traveling within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with referral sources and community leaders.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze market trends, sales metrics and competitor activity.
• Proven ability to drive sales or patient referrals within healthcare context.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of the local community and established professional connections preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent area travel.
