Join the OraPharma Specialty Dental Sales Team! Our Territory Managers lead the way by building relationships and providing consultation to dentists, periodontists, and hygienists—customers utilizing OraPharma, Inc. products. We are seeking a Territory Manager to share in our mission: Advancing Oral Health… Improving Overall Health.

Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve sales goals specific to their territory and product portfolio.
  2. Determine strategic approaches to gain access and acceptance for all OraPharma specialty dental products.
  3. Develop and manage territory business plans (forecast, routing, customer segmentation, product implementation, etc.).
  4. Implement sales and marketing strategies for clinical education and promotion of the dental product line.
  5. Manage service levels of customer accounts (call frequency, consulting, utilization, etc.).
  6. Adhere to administrative requirements (CRM, expense, mileage, calendar planning).
  7. Travel within and outside the territory for business meetings, trade shows, etc.
  8. Comply with company policies, healthcare compliance, and legal regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant medical device or dental sales experience OR Associate’s degree with healthcare clinical practice experience.

  • At least 2 years prior sales experience in an FDA or regulated business preferred.
  • Experience in medical device or dental sales strongly preferred.
  • Business-to-business (B2B) experience considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Experience in collaborative team environments.
General Requirements:
  • Manage a customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain a home office.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • 95% of time in the field; 25% overnight travel.
  • Project management skills including business planning.
  • Ability to analyze business data and drive results.
  • Effective communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to understand and present clinical information.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and web applications.

Salary range: $85,000–$90,000, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement, and more.
