This role serves as a key representative of the organization, developing strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, specifiers, owners, and distribution partners to position our products as the preferred choice in the market.

As a field-based sales professional, the Territory Manager develops and executes territory strategies that support business objectives, increase market penetration, and improve sales performance. Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, the individual will identify opportunities, influence project specifications, and promote product solutions that create value for customers and drive profitable growth.
This is a field-based role with approximately 75% travel throughout the assigned territory.
Minimum of 4 years of professional sales experience, including customer relationship management, sales presentations, and successful sales closing.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $72,000 to $108,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 45% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $104,400 to $156,600. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
